Submission takes place in the practitioners' area through a structured form. All patient data remains behind authentication.

Contents of the submission

    Practitioner identity

    Requesting practitioner and practice, filled in automatically from your account.

  2. 02

    Case identification

    RCP file number (auto), age, gender, skeletal and dental classes, reason for consultation.

  3. 03

    Clinical data

    Treatment history, medical and TMJ history, full diagnosis, comments.

  4. 04

    Records

    Photos and radiographs by slot, CBCT, STL and ClinCheck / 3D plan — all uploaded directly (up to 2 GB). Patient consent required.

  5. 05

    Question(s) for the RCP

    The focus(es) of discussion (surgical, ortho-perio, ortho-resto, interceptive…), which guide the session.
